Family Connection

Family Connection is a non-profit organization that connects families who have children with disabilities to helpful resources. They act as a voice for families who need extra help as well as train parents on the financial, emotional, and educational differences they will face with their child’s new diagnosis. They host an annual event called the Buddy Walk to help raise money and awareness for children and adults with Down Syndrome. I had the opportunity to film the event as well as interview the ambassador family of 2024, The Felder’s.
